Christ Nagar College has a functional Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) dedicated to enhancing and sustaining the institution's quality standards. The IQAC plays a catalytic role in improving performance as well as the quality of the institution. It aims to raise awareness about quality issues internally and establish credibility for external quality evaluations.
The institution is committed to ensuring continuous improvement in all areas through timely and efficient interventions for quality. The management and staff are dedicated to providing a holistic education that involves the participation of stakeholders. A suggestion box is available to receive feedback and address grievances, while complaints about facilities can be registered in the College office.
