Placement Cell functions to ensure the best placements for the students graduating from Christ Nagar College. Placement Cell coordinates with recruiting teams from leading corporates in both on-campus and off-campus placements, to make sure that every student get suitable openings. The Placement Cell strives to help students in their career progression by helping them to acquire skills needed for employability through several life skills and soft skills workshops, seminars and communication training. This is realised through building a strong partnership amongst students, alumni, faculty-members and industries.

3. Arranging seminars for development of entrepreneurship
4. Conducting Career Talks by experts and interactive sessions with career specialists from different MNCs
5. Taking care of internships, projects and industry visits
6. Aptitude and soft skills training programme are conducted on regular basis by internal and external experts for improving aptitude, communication and interview skills
7. Language lab for Phonetics and Grammar with excellent assistance in individual learning
8. Personality development programmes are conducted by leading agencies and experts
9. Placement cell maintains a database of prospective employers and available opportunities for future communications
