The Department of Physics and the Department of Media Studies at Christ Nagar College, Maranalloor, in association with the Science Club, PHYSICA, IQAC, and ISRO, organized "ASTROVISTA," an astrophotography contest centered on the theme "Wonders of the Universe."
The competition encouraged students to explore the field of astronomy through the lens, offering a creative platform to capture and showcase the beauty of the cosmos. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who demonstrated remarkable astronomical observation and photography skills.
Following a competitive judging process, Abhishek A bagged the First Prize, while Joshna B.S and Joseph Biju Samuel secured the Second and Third prizes, respectively. In recognition of their outstanding achievements, the winners were awarded official e-certificates issued by ISRO.
